Shin Pain

Shin pain can be a precursor to a tibial stress fracture. Often the causes stem from to much stress placed on the shin bones during high impact activity. It can also be from excess stress placed on the posterior tibial tendons. Rest is often the answer. However, prevention is the key to these injuries because they will often recur.
