Winter Training

The key to Winter training when it comes to any sort of exercise is the warm-up and cool down. I use the 5 and 5 rule. 5 minutes of warm up (stretching and fast walking or slow running) followed by the actual exercise and then 5 minutes of cool down. Please remember to trust your body and your feet. If pain begins then you should stop what you are doing before further injury if caused. If the pain does not subside please contact the office for an evaluation. Maintain proper athletic gear and shoes.

Triangle Foot and Ankle Specialist

Traingle Foot and Ankle has been in Cary, NC for over one year now. We are happy to say that we have helped the Triangle move more pain free. Dr. Jeremy Thomas who is orginally from NC is slowly becoming the foot and ankle specialist of choice in the area. His expertise and knowledge of the foot and ankle shines through with each patient interaction. He truly cares about his patients and their ailments. If you have ever had a chance to spend some time in the office you will quickly learn of the positive atmosphere. The other thing that many people pick up on is how many children Dr. Thomas treats.
